At Shri Natarajan, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 working days after successful payment.
  • Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
  • In case of stock unavailability, supplier delay, or high order volume, the processing time may extend. Customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India (PAN India).
  • Delivery to certain remote or non-serviceable locations is subject to courier partner availability.
  • For shipments outside India, kindly contact us via email or Whatsapp directly to confirm shipping availability and the associated costs before placing the order.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • All product prices displayed on our website are indicative and inclusive of standard shipping charges, unless mentioned otherwise.
  • In case of special delivery requirements, bulk orders, or expedited shipping, additional charges (if any) will be clearly communicated to the customer before dispatch.
  • Any free shipping offers will be clearly communicated on the website during the offer period.

5. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
  • Customers can track their order using the courier partner’s tracking link.

6. Delivery Delays

Shri Natarajan shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to:

  • Natural calamities
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier company operational issues
  • Government restrictions or strikes

However, we will provide full assistance from our side to ensure resolution.

7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Shipments

  • If your product is received in a damaged condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof.
  • If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but the order is not received, we will raise a complaint with the courier partner. Final resolution depends on the courier investigation.
