• You may Cancel your order within 24 Hrs from placing an Order.
• For any complaints regarding damages, kindly inform within 48 hours of receiving the package and send us a picture of damaged product at sales@shrinatarajan.com or write us at Whatsapp : +91-9818893605 mentioning the details of your order and the issue found.
• There are No Return & NO Exchange policy apart from damaged products.
• Credits for Damaged or missing products shall be send to a customer via Email and amount adjusted in next order or shall be refunded within next 24hrs.

Occasionally when an order is returned you will end up with a credit on file with us. If you would like a refund instead simply let us know and we will issue you a refund immediately. Credits will be applied to your next order. Please let us know if you have a credit on file with us.
